My Journey to Real Estate: Building a Future from the Ground Up

If you had asked me years ago where my career would lead, I probably would have said construction. For more than 20 years, I’ve worked in the construction industry as a union carpenter, helping build, renovate, and improve homes and buildings throughout Massachusetts. Construction has taught me the value of hard work, precision, honesty, and taking pride in every project.

But over time, I realized I wanted to do more than build homes—I wanted to help people find them.

That realization led me to become a Realtor with ERA Key Realty Services and create Foundation to Keys, a brand that brings together my passion for construction and real estate. My goal is to offer clients something different: the ability to see beyond the surface of a property and provide insight that comes from decades of hands-on experience.

When I walk through a home, I don’t just notice the layout or finishes. I look at the structure, craftsmanship, potential improvements, and opportunities to add value. Whether I’m helping first-time homebuyers, sellers, or investors, I believe that construction knowledge can make a real difference when making one of life’s biggest financial decisions.

Foundation to Keys represents more than just buying and selling homes. It’s about helping people create opportunities, build equity, and turn their real estate goals into reality. It’s also the foundation for my long-term vision of renovating and flipping homes that improve neighborhoods while providing quality housing for future homeowners.
